We may collect contact information, vehicle/dealer transaction details, uploaded quotes or screenshots, financing terms you provide, purchase outcome information, device/browser data and payment status. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not intended to be stored by OTD Guard.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, bank credentials, full credit reports, medical information or unrelated sensitive personal information. If a dealer document contains unnecessary sensitive data, redact it before submission when practical.
We use information to provide deal analysis, support customers, prevent abuse, improve scoring and normalization, measure product performance, and create aggregated or de-identified market benchmarks. Personal contact information should not be included in public price comparisons.
Uploaded documents may contain names, addresses, VINs or financing details. Production storage should use access controls and a defined retention period. The launch target is to retain raw customer documents only as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve support issues and meet legitimate recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
OTD Guard may use service providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email and secure document handling. Those providers process information under their own terms and security controls.
