Terms of Service

Service
OTD Guard provides informational analysis of powersports purchase quotes, fees, financing terms, incentives and comparable transaction data. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of customer-supplied and third-party information.
No professional advice or agency
OTD Guard is not a dealership, broker, lender, credit-repair organization, attorney, accountant, tax professional or financial adviser. OTD Guard does not negotiate on your behalf and cannot guarantee a dealer, lender or manufacturer will accept a target price or financing scenario.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing final contracts, confirming lender approval, verifying manufacturer eligibility requirements, inspecting the vehicle and deciding whether to buy. Do not rely on an OTD Guard report as the sole basis for a consequential financial decision.
Pricing and delivery
One-time audit and shopper-pass pricing is displayed before checkout. Automated analysis generally begins immediately after a readable paid submission. Display and email timing are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with document completeness, third-party source availability, web research and service-provider availability. The Shopper Pass applies to one buyer's active purchase journey during the stated 30-day access period. Customers are responsible for submitting readable dealer paperwork and accurate deal information. If automated analysis fails, the purchase remains valid and the customer should use Customer Support rather than purchase again.
Refunds
Before analysis has materially begun, a refund may be requested. Once a customized audit has been substantially performed or delivered, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where OTD Guard is unable to provide the purchased service.
Acceptable use
Do not submit falsified dealer documents, misuse the service to harass businesses, scrape or redistribute proprietary outputs at scale, or attempt to reverse engineer protected scoring or data systems.
Third-party data
Manufacturer, government, lender, marketplace and community information can change. OTD Guard identifies source dates and confidence when practical but does not control third-party accuracy or availability.
