OTD Guard provides informational analysis of powersports purchase quotes, fees, financing terms, incentives and comparable transaction data. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of customer-supplied and third-party information.
OTD Guard is not a dealership, broker, lender, credit-repair organization, attorney, accountant, tax professional or financial adviser. OTD Guard does not negotiate on your behalf and cannot guarantee a dealer, lender or manufacturer will accept a target price or financing scenario.
You are responsible for reviewing final contracts, confirming lender approval, verifying manufacturer eligibility requirements, inspecting the vehicle and deciding whether to buy. Do not rely on an OTD Guard report as the sole basis for a consequential financial decision.
One-time audit and shopper-pass pricing is displayed before checkout. Concierge delivery targets shown on the order page are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Shopper Pass applies to one buyer's active purchase journey during the stated access period.
Before analysis has materially begun, a refund may be requested. Once a customized audit has been substantially performed or delivered, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where OTD Guard is unable to provide the purchased service.
Do not submit falsified dealer documents, misuse the service to harass businesses, scrape or redistribute proprietary outputs at scale, or attempt to reverse engineer protected scoring/data systems.
Manufacturer, government, lender, marketplace and community information can change. OTD Guard identifies source dates and confidence when practical but does not control third-party accuracy or availability.
